We The Congress will be in Oslo 15-17 of August in 2024 at the Hotel Radisson Blu Scandinavia at Holbergs gate.

Early Bird fee until 30th April, 2024

Regular fee from 1st May, 2024
5800 NOK
Late registration from 30th June, 2024
7300 NOK
On-site registration
8300 NOK

What is included in the registration fee?

  • Admission to the scientific sessions, poster sessions and industry symposium and admission to the exhibition area
  • The fee also includes congress material, coffee breaks with refreshments and lunch during the 3-day conference
  • Admission to the Get-together (200,- NOK) and Conference dinner (300,- NOK) will be added to your invoice together with the registration fee.

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellation should be notified in writing by e-mail to: nfs2024@cic.no
  • Cancellation received before 15th June, a cancellation fee of 2000,- NOK will apply
  • Cancellation received after 15th June, 50% refund is offered
  • Cancellation received after 15th July, no refund is offered
