Dear friends and colleagues,
Welcome to Oslo and the 27th Nordic Fertility Society Conference!
It is with great pleasure and excitement that we invite our colleagues in the field of reproductive medicine to NFS’ biannual conference.
We look forward to scientifically exciting and socially rewarding days here in Oslo, the city of Deichman’s library,
Snøhetta’s operahouse, Munch's museum and The Royal palace of King Harald.
The 2024 congress' visual expression is inspired by Munch’s piece “Encounter in space”,
as we in the local organizing committee (LOC) are dedicated to making these days all about fruitful encounters.
Do get in touch with LOC at hanhan@sthf.no if you have something you want to discuss,
and please visit this webpage every now and then to keep updated on the scientific programme.
The venue
NFS2024 will be held at the Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel. The hotel is in close walking distance to the “Nationaltheatret” station that serves both trains and subway. If you would like to feel like a Norwegian Royal between sessions, the Palace Park is right outside the door. If you prefer to pretend you are a proper Norwegian mountaineer, we suggest you visit the Summit Bar at the top floor with magnificent view of the city and surrounding fjord. We will also be able to offer discounted rates at hotels close by.
Best regards,
NFS 2024 Local Organizing Committee

Applying for ESHRE online certification is now open, the courses found under Education above where designed with this certification in mind.
"In line with good clinical practice, today's Clinical Embryologists require a foundation to prepare for and adapt to the new technologies and understand the relevance and application of advances in the field of medically assisted reproduction. One way to demonstrate dedication to high professional standards is to obtain certification to a specific level of expertise and knowledge. The professional status of a Clinical Embryologist who works according to standards at an internationally recognised level has thus become imperative. This is your opportunity to become an internationally recognised certified Clinical Embryologist. The 2024 ESHRE exam for certification of Clinical Embryologists will take place online on Saturday 8 June 2024. Applications are now open and will be available until 4 December 2023 (or until maximum capacity is reached). There are a limited number of spaces, so don’t wait too long to submit your application."
